With a fairly good forecast today I went down the front three times checking the wind and it wasn't until past four that the breeze filled in and even swung slightly onshore and there was even 5/6 kiters out at the ferry !!! So I rigged my big freeride kit at the Fludgers at 4:30 and found out again what a crap place Felixstowe is to sail :( as the sea was horrible sailing straight into short muddled chop making doing anything very difficult and going fast next to impossible !!! I did stick at it for a couple of hours but not much fun involved :( I was joined by one other windsurfer but we seem to be struggling at the moment as windsurfing seems to be dying out abit down this way :( Oh to have a wave and flat water venue cross and handy and some decent wind in the right direction would be good too !!!
